Our programs change people’s lives. We work with adults who have often spent years managing symptoms or trying to piece together their health on their own. Through personalized medical care, education, health coaching, and ongoing support, we help them understand the why behind what they’re experiencing and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
We’re looking for an NP who loves root-cause medicine, believes deeply in patient education and empowerment, and wants their clinical work to have a meaningful impact.
In this role, you’ll:
You won’t be expected to build a practice or find your own patients. You’ll step into an established clinical model with structured programs, administrative support, health coaching, mentorship, and an existing patient population.
We’re especially interested in NPs with experience in functional/integrative medicine, hormone health, GI health, metabolic health, brain health, healthy aging, or lifestyle medicine.
Schedule: Approximately 10–20 hours/week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
Location: Fully remote/telehealth
Compensation: Starting at $65/hour, commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance-based bonus opportunity
Licensure: Applicants must currently hold active NP licensure in at least three of the following: Oregon, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, with eligibility and willingness to obtain the remaining licenses.

- Build long-term relationships with patients through our structured functional medicine programs
- Evaluate complex health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans
- Interpret conventional and specialty laboratory testing
- Manage medications and hormone therapies when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with our health coaches and clinical team
- Help patients become more informed, confident participants in their own health
