This one-time virtual visit includes a detailed health assessment and functional lab review, which form the basis of your comprehensive health plan.

This is a deep dive functional medicine consultation which includes an extended virtual appointment
Review lab results, discuss your symptoms, and identify underlying imbalances
Lab review includes Advanced Biomarker Testing: in-depth blood panel measuring inflammation, nutrient status, thyroid function, metabolic health, hormone balance and more
Blood work is ordered prior to this appointment (labs are billed through insurance or can be purchased cash pay at an affordable rate)
Develop personalized lifestyle and supplement prescription plan
Collaborate on the structure of Follow-Up Visits or Membership
Payment options include HSA/FSA; super-bill can be provided to submit for possible insurance reimbursement
