Appointment & Lab Review
$275/30-45 min
We can usually complete one to two lab reviews during this time.
These visits include the following:
Review of your prior medical records, focusing on how functional medicine may improve your health
Ordering and review of labs and diagnostic tests, specifically related to your needs
Both conventional & functional medicine laboratory tests will be discussed with you and ordered by Ashley. For all ordered lab tests, you will be provided with ICD-10 diagnosis codes so that any laboratory participating with health insurers will be able to submit to your health insurance. Functional medicine labs are typically ordered through Rupa Health which offers discounted rates to patients. The appointment fee does not cover the cost of laboratory tests.

Fear not! Because it’s my goal to keep you feeling supported, I provide full ongoing access to clients for a monthly fee of $75 to allow us to communicate in real time.
In this model, you and I are partners, and we work closely together on a dynamic, therapeutic plan based on how you respond to interventions. This is how functional medicine is best implemented and gives us the greatest chance for success.

How much support will I need?
The MSQ or Medical Symptom Questionnaire was developed by the Institute for Functional Medicine and is used to assess and track symptoms.
If this is your first time taking the MSQ, rate each of the following symptoms based on your health for the past two weeks. If you are tracking recent changes, answer according to the last 48 hours. Please score from 0 to 4 according to the scale.
